An itemized quote is documented and delivered for your review and discussed before project start. Communication throughout the work performed ensures a smooth running project. New requests follow a change order process and agreed upon with all parties involved. Our staff is trained to pay close attention to detail including daily project clean-up. As the project evolves, you will witness the quality of our work and have the opportunity to be involved every step of the way. All projects are concluded with a final walk through with the owner of Rigert Enterprises.

Rigert Enterprises is a fully insured limited liability corporation. All of our carpentry work is performed with our in-house carpenters. When the project requires sub-contractors, we leverage our network to bring in only licensed and insured professionals.

About the owner

As the owner of Rigert Enterprises, Paul Rigert is responsible for overseeing operations as well as end-results and customer satisfaction.

Paul found his interest in carpentry at a young age while participating in a high-school Co-Op program. Not long after, he established his own company in 1991. Over the years he accumulated experience in several areas including; residential framing, detailed trim work, complete home remodel, basements and decks. More than just a master carpenter, he has a solid track record managing, organizing and communicating expectations with his customers.

Paul was born & raised in the Chicago area, residing now in Winfield, IL with his wife and two children.

       Rigert Enterprises built a deck on the back of our house this month and I would recommend them to anyone. From the start Paul and Lloyd have been prompt, professional and very dependable. Rigert Enterprises was one of three companies I called for an estimate for an 18 foot by 20 foot deck in our back yard. Their estimate was the lowest, their estimate included a sketch plan of the construction and they were the only company that followed up with a phone call to answer any questions I may have had.

    Paul met with me before we started to go over my deck plans so we each knew exactly what we wanted. He listened to all of the things we wanted and our suggestions. Paul told us what ideas would work and which ideas he felt would not and why. And he was right. Rigert Enterprises brought us a professionally drawn set of plans that we were able to take to the Village for their approval. Paul also contacted the Village for each of the three required inspections and was on site for each inspection.

   Rigert Enterprises gave us a running timeline from the start. They met every event on that timeline almost to the hour. If step A was going to happen on Monday, it did. The only delays were weather related that Rigert Enterprises had no control over. They paid extremely close attention to detail. They focused on details that I had never even considered. The quality of their work is terrific. They were very professional, honest and easy to contact and communicate with. Paul answered whenever we called or if he was unavailable he called us back in a very timely manner.
